How to Buy Online?

When you want to buy an item, you will need to click on the “Add” button to add to the shopping cart.

Shopping cart is like a physical trolley that hold your item before you make payment. It also serves as a confirmation page so you can see all the items you have added for purchases.

Checkout means you are ready to make payment, where you will enter your payment information to complete the order.

Once you have place the order and payment is done successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. Each Order Confirmation has a unique number. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us and let us know your Order Confirmation number.

Refund

To request and expedite for your refund, you must FIRST contact us. More information about refund can be found in this FAQ or our Terms and Conditions. Contact us and we will be able to assist you.

We may reject your order when we are not able to deliver to you for any reason. In the event we declined your order, we will make a full refund back to your credit card that you use to pay us.

Order cancellation is initiated by our customer. Customer will need to contact our team first and to specific the reason for the cancellation. If the cancellation is successful, we shall prepare a credit voucher that you can use for your next purchases.

If you believe the item is either wrong, damage or missing, please kindly contact us through our Contact Us page to specific the reason. We will advise you the next step. Please DO NOT send us any item before our advise.

If customer initiated the cancellation, customer will need to bear all fees related to the delivery. This means if we agree to make a refund, we will not refund the fees that was use for delivery. Likewise, in the event you request for cancellation and require to send us the item, the customer will have to absorb the delivery fees.

Payment

We accept credit card payment MASTER and VISA only. You will be able to enter your payment information in the “Check Out” page.

No additional fees. You only pay for the price if the item and the delivery fees.

We use Stripe payment gateway. The payment system is audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
